From September 2018 until August 2021 a network of 6 entities from Spain-FEC, Portugal-CULTRA, France-ESPACES MARX, Austria-TRANSFORM!AT, Greece-NICOS POULANTZAS INSTITUTE and Slovenia-MARCH 8 INSTITUTE (in line with the work we have been doing for more than 13 years) we have developed the project ADULT EDUCATION AS A MECHANISM OF SOCIAL INCLUSION AND PARTICIPATION OF MIGRANT WOMEN. An initiative that has generated a new way to fight against radical and violent movements that does not limit rights or establish isolationist measures, but to promote inclusion and European values of justice and equality through a participatory education that makes the student an active subject in their training and in the European social reconstruction.<\/p>\n

To achieve this ambitious objective, the creation of PARTICIPATION AND INCLUSION SCHOOLS, learning spaces for adult women through formal training (in accordance with the legislation of the Adult Education Centers), participation and inclusion, has been promoted in dozens of European municipalities. As well as the creation of two high quality results that facilitate this process for teachers:<\/p>\n

\u2013 THE METHODOLOGICAL GUIDE FOR EDUCATION THROUGH PARTICIPATION AND TRAINING TO ACHIEVE INCLUSION (O1) which fosters a new form of education in EPAS (and counterpart centers).<\/p>\n

\u2013 The innovative training course UP-WOMEN: TRAINING COURSE THROUGH PARTICIPATION AND INCLUSION (O2), aimed at creating bilateral processes of participation and training through which adult women not only learn, but are encouraged to engage in a dialogue with political institutions to change their environment.<\/p>\n

Despite the difficulties inherent to the confinement and the serious coronavirus pandemic that particularly affected several of the partner countries (such as Spain and Portugal), during the three years of work we have managed to meet all the proposed objectives, develop high quality results and carry out all the proposed activities (although several of them by virtualizing them in order to make them viable).<\/p>\n

In short, we believe that we have carried out a great project, which has the endorsement of several municipalities (and the adult education centers linked to them) across Europe and that is already being able to have a significant impact on the fight against hate speech and the empowerment of segregated women.<\/p>\n

Desde septiembre de 2018 hasta agosto de 2021 una red de 6 entidades de Espa\u00f1a-FEC, Portugal-CULTRA, Francia-ESPACES MARX, Austria-TRANSFORM!AT, Grecia-NICOS POULANTZAS INSTITUTE y Eslovenia-MARCH 8 INSTITUTE (en l\u00ednea con el trabajo que llevamos realizando desde hace m\u00e1s de 13 a\u00f1os) hemos desarrollado el proyecto ADULT EDUCATION AS A MECHANISM OF SOCIAL INCLUSION AND PARTICIPATION OF MIGRANT WOMEN. Una iniciativa que ha generado una nueva forma para luchar contra los movimientos radicales y violentos que no pasa por limitar los derechos o establecer medidas aislacionistas, sino por fomentar la inclusi\u00f3n y los valores europeos de justicia e igualdad a trav\u00e9s de una educaci\u00f3n participativa que convierte a la estudiante en un sujeto activo en su formaci\u00f3n y en la reconstrucci\u00f3n social europea.<\/p>\n

Para lograr este ambicioso objetivo se ha promovido la creaci\u00f3n de ESCUELAS DE PARTICIPACI\u00d3N E INCLUSI\u00d3N, unos espacios de aprendizaje de mujeres adultas a trav\u00e9s de la formaci\u00f3n formal (conforme a la legislaci\u00f3n de los Centros de Personas Adultas), la participaci\u00f3n y la inclusi\u00f3n, en decenas de ayuntamientos europeos. As\u00ed como la creaci\u00f3n de dos resultados de alta calidad que facilitan a los docentes este proceso:<\/p>\n

– THE METHODOLOGICAL GUIDE FOR EDUCATION THROUGH PARTICIPATION AND TRAINING TO ACHIEVE INCLUSION (O1) que fomenta una nueva forma de educaci\u00f3n en las EPAS (y centros hom\u00f3logos).<\/p>\n

– El curso formativo innovador UP-WOMEN: TRAINING COURSE THROUGH PARTICIPATION AND INCLUSI\u00d3N (O2), destinado a crear procesos bilaterales de participaci\u00f3n y formaci\u00f3n por el cual la mujer adulta no solo aprende, sino que se ve instada a implicarse en un di\u00e1logo con instituciones pol\u00edticas para cambiar su entorno.<\/p>\n

Pese a las dificultades propias del confinamiento y de la grave pandemia del coronavirus que afect\u00f3 muy especialmente a varios de los pa\u00edses socios (como Espa\u00f1a o Portugal), durante los tres a\u00f1os de trabajo hemos logrado cumplir con todos los objetivos propuestos, desarrollar unos resultados de alta calidad y llevar a cabo todas las actividades propuestas (aunque varias de ellas virtualiz\u00e1ndolas con el fin de hacerla viables).<\/p>\n

En definitiva, creemos que hemos realizado un gran proyecto, que cuenta con el aval de diversos ayuntamientos (y los centros educativos de personas adultas vinculados a estos) de toda Europa y que ya est\u00e1 siendo capaz de tener un impacto significativo en la lucha contra los discursos del odio y el empoderamiento de la mujer segregada.<\/p>\n

To achieve these intellectual results, we held\u00a03 transnational meetings<\/strong>\u00a0of all the partners, in collaboration with technical experts, police institutions and persons of recognized prestige.<\/p>\n

MEETING IN FRANCE.\u00a0<\/strong>The first transnational meeting, held in Paris, France on March 10, 2019 hosted by Espaces Marx, was useful to review the working guidelines and for the partners to present their entities and get to know better the Erasmus projects.We discussed about the intellectual outputs of the project and the materials we need and distributed tasks. The image of the project was presented and we discussed the activities of preparing the structure of the platform and the preparation of contents.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
